Client Services

Our professional global operations specialists are mandated to provide proactive solutions in response to Clients' needs across the full range of product lines.
Each Client is assigned a primary specialist responsible for ensuring all client needs are dealt with effectively by acting as a central point of contact for all enquiries.
The Client Services Team is available from 6am until 8pm London time, thus providing coverage throughout European and US trading hours.
At the heart of the business support function, Client Services work closely with all other areas of the business to ensure a swift response to all issues and requests raised by Clients.

Intra-day trade reconciliation with the target of 100% accuracy before End-Of-Day processing.
IT support and systems integration.
Provision of Daily margin reports, clearly and easily identifying margin situation.
Providing customised data files and electronic allocations across multiple accounts and markets.
Providing information to auditors on request.
Web Access - a suite of reports and files.
Multiple or single users ID's and account access.
Flexibility of customising account and report access per user.
Monthly, daily and intra-day Statements available in PDF, CSV and TXT formats.
Delivery of Statements and Files via e-mail, post or FTP.
